“Best hotel in Las Vegas NM”

Beautiful, super clean, comfortable bed, nice pool and gym, and very good breakfast with good options. The lobby area is spacious and has fresh coffee available all the time. The manager, Sangita, is very kind, always smiling and very attentive and accommodating to our needs.

We stayed here on the way to visit family in another state and then again on the way home. The rooms were clean and well-maintained and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. We stayed here on the way to visit family in another state and then again on the way home. The rooms were clean and well-maintained and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The free hot breakfast was fabulous! Good for a quick stopover, it's right off the freeway and in a much smaller town than Santa Fe or Albuquerque, which is nice. We have previously stayed in Albuquerque but appreciate the quick on/off the freeway to this hotel. We will stay here again on our next trip through.

We always stay at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites as we return from South Padre Island, Texas, and on to our home in Colorado. We always stay at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites as we return from South Padre Island, Texas, and on to our home in Colorado. This time we met Jessica who is taking on a leadership role at the hotel. She is very nice and greeted us my saying she remembered our name from last year - certainly made us feel like home away from home!!! We met Joelyn as we checked in and is the right person on the front desk - very personable and extremely efficient. The morning hospitality breakfast was very well appointed and very clean. We met Mickaela who was in charge of the breakfast and she never stopped moving!!!! She was checking the entrees, putting out those "famous" breakfast rolls, filling the coffee jugs, and cleaning tables after hotel clients had departed the area. Every time I talked to her she had a big smile on her face - she loves her job!!!! As we checked out we met Jessica. She too was on her "A" game. She is very personable, wanted to know if everything met our expectation, and she told us to have a safe travel - an extremely nice gesture realizing we were heading out for the last leg of a long trip. A big THANK YOU to all of the above mentioned ladies - you are the best!!!

We stayed here one-night. here is one big PRO: I must have made the reservation for the wrong day, but the front desk was able to accommodate me and my daughter by correcting the issue. The room was clean and perfect me and my daughter. I did like that the water in the shower was extremely hot ( hot enough for me). I also like there was a grab bar in the shower-- so nice ! I did like that they use dove soap in both the bathroom and shower. Dove is really good for sensitive skin. There was breakfast in the morning it was meh, but nothing bad. The only Con: was bathroom needed to be updated; you can see that the floor might need to be done.
