This is our 2nd stay at this location and we’re repeat customers because this hotel has proven itself to be a great stay. Room was clean and new and bed and pillows were extremely plush and comfortable. Some people might complain that the mattress is too soft and while I prefer a firm mattress usually, this one was great. Parking lot is well lit. Buffalo Wild Wings is basically in the parking lot if you want a convenient meal. I do wonder why there was no conditioner or body lotion in the room and no empty spot for the mounted bottles. So that must not be an amenity here? I’ve kind of come to expect those in a hotel room and missed them!

I am writing this the morning after an awful night of sleep, and I have to ask—does this hotel expect guests to confront other guests when issues arise? I am here trying to enjoy a vacation with my family, not to referee noise complaints or argue with rowdy hotel neighbors. I understand that hearing the occasional conversation during the day is unavoidable, but at 11:00 pm, it seems reasonable to expect a little quiet. I get that for some people, that is just when the party is getting started, but I had hoped Home2 Suites would have some kind of policy discouraging partying in rooms right next to families trying to get some rest. Instead, it feels like hotel security must have taken the night off, leaving guests to fend for themselves and handle any disturbances “Thunderdome” style. I messaged the front desk at 11:00 pm for help, and the complete lack of response was shocking. Thin walls are one thing, but what made the situation unbearable was the absence of any intervention. Guests should not have to resolve these situations on their own—especially when it involves confronting drunk and rowdy neighbors.
