“Conveniently located and Comfortable”

We stayed at this hotel with our daughter while attending a conference held in a nearby location. The staff was friendly, the courtyard was nice, and we enjoyed the on site Indian restaurant (Although, I see it is no longer serving lunch or dinner as of this writing). We stayed in a suite, which was really two adjoining rooms with a pull-out sofa on one side instead of a bed. This worked well for us, since it meant we had two bathrooms. The hotel is close to lots of shopping, which was helpful when we needed to pick up a couple of things we forgot to pack, and it worked very well for our need.

A recent two week stay as a Diamond Elite member. Pros: -Great location. Handy to a lot of shopping options. Many even walking distance. -Comfortable room. -Decent breakfast buffet with the usual offerings and even the occasional avocado toast. | Staff. Everyone I interacted with was very pleasant. I have nothing bad to say about the people. They were all great. Cons: -If you look at their website and expected a full service bar and restaurant, you will be extremely disappointed. Neither exist, despite the great pictures on their own page. (and having a full bar and restaurant was one of the reasons I booked the hotel) -I was asked to change rooms in the middle of my two week stay (at about 8:00 at night). I protested, but to no avail. I was promised a decent amount of extra points for my troubles. (I have yet to see those) -Security is questionable, as the side door is propped open on a regular basis for whatever reason -If you look online and expect a pool. Nope. It has been filled in with dirt. Oh.....one last thing. I'm assuming that Diamond Elite members are some of their best customers. They had three parking spots for those members and one of those spots had an ATV snowplow parked in it the whole two weeks. So how much do they value their "best" customers? Overall, not a terrible place to stay. Location great. Just know what they do or don't offer before making your decision.
