“Great people who make us feel welcome and comfortable”
Staying in hotels is much the same no matter where you go. As long as the rooms are comfortable, in good condition, and meet your needs, they do about the same thing. “Clean & comfy”
Clean & very comfortable bed reasonably priced (& includes basic breakfast with fresh coffee, eggs & do it yourself waffles). Staff was courteous & helpful. “Needs some updates...find another option in Syracuse”
This place needs some updating. The curtain in our room was torn and the wall paper was peeling. Nice people, but the hot tub was weird...like HUGE bubbles but no jets that are actually therapeutic, glad they had the tub though since most of the Ohio hotels have them outside and shut for the season… lisää

“Flat pillows!!!”
The pillows are SO FLAT!!! The hotel itself is nice for the most part but I tossed and turned all night.Hot tub is a great feature but seen a lot of scum at the bottom. I’ve stayed here before several times for the hot tub but seems to be lacking a bit this time around.
