We have already visited several hotels of this hotel chain in the USA, but this location really stands out very positively! The rooms were clean, the mattress was good, and the breakfast was sufficiently extensive to start your day. What was really exceptionally good was the staff. Both the cleaning ladies, the man who took care of breakfast, and the people at the front desk were very friendly. Especially KHAOULA really made the effort to make you feel welcome. There was a small problem in our room, due to our fault, and Khaoula solved this immediately without any extra cost. In no Best Western location have we been treated so sincerely friendly. I recommend anyone visiting NYC to choose this hotel; the very central location in NYC also plays a role.

Great location, price and staff. Check in was incredibly easy and accommodating thanks to Khaoula. Clean and efficient rooms as well.

I spent 3 nights at Best Western Premier Empire State Hotel. I was very impressed on all levels. Most importantly ALL staff had the same dedication to pleasing the customer, politeness, making things as convenient as possible, like extending the check out time, providing iced water all day everyday which says they care about the environment and people's wellbeing. The small cafe and common area is comfortably arranged with adequate coffees and teas. Rooms were spotlessly clean, beds crisp, new towels, and floors clean enough to walk barefoot. For New York City, the rooms were affordable. I highly recommend this hotel and would come back for another stay.
