Excellent and friendly staff! Panashe is a wonderful front desk manager and was helpful in getting me a quiet room on the top floor with a great view. Warm cookies and water provided at front desk was an extra perk. I was very impressed with how efficient everyone worked together to accomodate quick check-outs and luggage storage with so many guests in a small lobby. Perfect location when you want to be a quick walk to Amtrak.

We were greeted by Miss Chrystal upon arrival and she was very helpful. She gave us a map of the city and arranged our transportation back to JFK when we needed it. She was very courteous and kind. The Hilton Double Tree Times Square South was a perfect location for a first time visit to NY. Easy access to Uptown Downtown and right by Penn Station for subway travel. The Hilton Double Tree Times Square South was a perfect location for a first time visit to NY. Easy access to Uptown Downtown and right by Penn Station for subway travel. The staff were very helpful and the room service was professional and efficient. The bed was so comfortable! The rooftop bar was a welcome surprise and definitely an added bonus! Special thanks to Codi for responding so professionally and pleasantly to my request to move rooms - as we were staying for 5 nights, the improved view made a significant difference to our holiday experience and was a game - changer in respect to our wish to return. My family and I have stayed here twice in the last two years. We really like the location: short walking distance to the Broadway theaters and easy access to subway stations, but not in the midst of the crazy crowds in Times Square. It's also one of the few Hilton-brand hotels in the area which has two queen beds (not doubles) in the room. A clean room at a reasonable rate, with friendly and helpful front desk staff.
