“Great location”
Great hotel with friendly staff, comfy beds, coffee maker and fab location. Special shout to the staff member who told us he'd worked there 24 years (didn't catch his name!) he was super helpful, held over our bags and sorted a taxi for 5 of us back to JFK at a very reasonable price. “Don’t listen to the bad reviews! You only sleep there..”
After reading the reviews I was really worried. Honestly couldn’t fault the hotel. We arrived at 1.30pm and our room was ready they allowed us to check in.. the room was spotless and although small for 4 of us (2 adult and 2 children ) we were only sleeping there. “READ OUR REVIEW TO BE EDUCATED”
When checking in they asked me for a $300 deposit which they said was hotel policy, which I never was told anything or had read anything & I had already paid everything in full. “Well located for my needs”
The East Side location was perfect for this trip and the hotel was as I expected. It is definitely a "boutique" hotel and a bit dated. However, the room was clean, bed extremely comfortable, and staff very friendly!
