Loved my stay here, the rooms are really clean and spacious and very well presented. The staff couldn’t be more helpful, and will give you sensible recommendations when asked. Loved my stay here, the rooms are really clean and spacious and very well presented. The staff couldn’t be more helpful, and will give you sensible recommendations when asked. Right in the middle of everything which is useful. Yes the resort fee is annoying, but it is what it is, and the hotel try and minimise this with the bar vouchers, which we used for a night cap or afternoon drink whilst we were organising our plans for the days. Would definitely stay again.

“3rd visit to NYC”

We finally got to bring our son with us to NYC. Reception staff very welcoming, gave my son a maxwell bag with a soft toy, crayons, colouring book and other things. We finally got to bring our son with us to NYC. Reception staff very welcoming, gave my son a maxwell bag with a soft toy, crayons, colouring book and other things. I also received a gift bag with a pen, magnet, mug and chocolates in. Which was nice surprise, we booked via group on so wasn’t expecting much. Room was average size for nyc (small) could have been cleaner, but met our needs, we made use of our bar credit by having a drink each before we went out in then evenings. We stayed for 5 nights, seemed a popular hotel for flight crews, subway stops close by to get around, Restaurants close by. Free bottles of water each day in the room. Would stay again.

“The smallest NYC hotel room I've ever seen”

This is just a drab chain hotel (Marriott) that's tried to make itself more exciting with a new name and some weird lighting in the lobby. This is just a drab chain hotel (Marriott) that's tried to make itself more exciting with a new name and some weird lighting in the lobby. I stayed here for a short business trip, because East Midtown doesn't have a lot of hotel choice. My room was hilariously small. (Room 1028.) The bed barely fit into it. I didn't really care, because I was there alone for one short night. But two people in that room would have been tricky. The drab gray carpeting was tired, though, with some black markings that didn't add any appeal. The place was clean enough. But the window looked out onto an air shaft, which made the whole room seem gray. And what's with the $30 resort fee? Please. I didn't use my bar voucher, so they made out on that one. My room rate came with a free breakfast. But I tipped the overworked waiter $8. So I'm not sure I actually saved any money dining there. I won't be back, unless I'm in need of an overpriced shoebox for one night on the East Side.
