“Great service, cute hotel”
Had an excellent experience. While room was small (no desk for working) the service was top notch and the design of the hotel was fun and cool without being pretentious. Luis particularly was super warm (and made a better latte than most high end cafes!). I will definitely be staying here again as … lisää

“Great stay, Tony at the front desk is fantastic and helpful”
What a great stay. Even with all the issues with weather and getting to the city, the hotel was accommodating. Tony at the front desk is a gem! He was very welcoming and helped the group out so many times!

“A perfect hotel in a great neighborhood”
We have stayed at The Moore twice now, and have absolutely loved our visits. The hotel is perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood that offers easy access to many places. “Queen Rooms do not have Queen Beds”
Good location and cute enough. Just be aware that the rooms labeled as Queen View do not actually offer queen-sized beds. I brought this up to the front desk and the poor clerk gave me the measurements while she tried to explain with a straight face " We consider this a short queen". The ma… lisää

“Cute but TINY rooms”
Cute comfortable hotel in Chelsea. The room was TINY, smaller than any room I have ever stayed in. Impossible to even open up our suitcases. Lighting was not great and there was not a magnifying mirror in the bathroom which made getting ready for an even there challenging.
