Wonderful hotel for our stay during Softball Nationals! The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. We loved the private, secluded pool area and the beautiful courtyard where we enjoyed breakfast/lunch every day of our stay. For almost 10 days of being gone from home, it was such a comfort to come to a place that truly felt relaxing and welcoming. We will definitely miss staying here and hope to return the next time we're in the area. Thank you for making our trip even more memorable!

“Really enjoyed our stay”

My son loved the pool and fresh cookies. The pool was very clean and well kept up. The parking spots were a bit tight. The on site restaurant was nice, wish it had a few more kids friendly options and cheaper prices. The noise level was a bit high with the planes and being located in the courtyard … lisää

“Just missed the mark”

We arrived early and understood that an early check-in could not be guaranteed. However, when I spoke with the front desk upon arrival, I was told our room would likely be ready within 30 minutes. We arrived early and understood that an early check-in could not be guaranteed. However, when I spoke with the front desk upon arrival, I was told our room would likely be ready within 30 minutes. Based on that information, we chose to wait at the hotel. When I returned 30 minutes later, I was then told it would be another hour. Had we been given a more realistic estimate from the beginning, we would have spent the time elsewhere instead of waiting around the property. Unfortunately, when the official check-in time of 3:00 PM arrived, our room was still not ready, and we were asked to wait an additional 30 minutes. What was most disappointing was the initial response when I raised concerns about not being able to check in at the advertised check-in time. Rather than acknowledging the inconvenience, the employee seemed to dismiss my concern. Only after I questioned the response did a manager overhear the conversation and step in to offer a discount, which was appreciated. That said, guests should not have to push back or "argue" to have a legitimate concern recognized. There were also issues with the reservation process. When I booked the room online, I indicated that we would be traveling with a pet. Upon arrival, the hotel staff stated that this information was not visible in their system, requiring them to reprint and revise the invoice. While the issue was ultimately resolved, the process felt disjointed and far from seamless. Overall, while the staff eventually attempted to make things right, the lack of accurate communication regarding room readiness and the disconnect between the online booking system and the hotel's records resulted in a frustrating arrival experience.
