“Excellent Customer Service”
My husband and I had an excellent time here. Everyone here was exceptional, courteous and friendly. The onsite restaurant’s food was really good, top quality. “5 star”
My experience overall was amazing. Tamara, Renee, Jade and Navy are you evening restaurant staff and took great care of all guest, knew you by name after 1 night. The rooms were clean. I would highly recommend this hotel and to stop by and visit with their evening bar and restaurant staff!

“Great experience”
The Hilton Garden Inn, South Asheville. Have stayed here several times and always enjoy the experience. The staff is very friendly specifically Renee and other others in the restaurant area. It’s in a great location. Friendly, clean and wonderful environment for a night away from home.

“Great location and prefect for dogs”
Wow! What a great experience from calling and booking the rooms the night prior and the actually arrival at the hotel. We had an adjoining rooms and it was perfect. The staff was wonderful from the minute we arrived. Our dogs were very happy and loved all of the attention and cookies. Plenty areas… lisää

“It's a 4 out of 5”
This hotel was mostly very good. Friendly and helpful staff; light and bright lobby; all public areas and the room were also very clean and had everything necessary, including lots of plug ins for devices. A plus for me was 2 kinds of lighting in the bathroom plus a ventilation fan in the ceiling.… lisää
