“Great staff and accommodating facility!”
Outstanding experience! The front desk receptionist has been exceptionally accommodating to our wild baseball team boys and parents! Our room was having issues with the thermostat not turning down under 68* and they provided a fan for circulation and white noise so I could sleep better on night 2. … lisää

“Great Place to Stay”
Stay was great! Everything was clean and well taken care of. Indoor pool was awesome! I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

“Good location and Pet friendly”
We come to Asheville at least once a year & generally stay at IHG properties. We had not stayed here before. We chose this hotel due to location & we had our dog with us. “Very nice hotel!”
Hotel was recently renovated and it shows. Beautiful atrium/ pool area! Nice bar/ restaurant area. Friendly check in! Room very nice and updated. “Asheville- go get free breakfast elsewhere”
The experience was disappointing overall. Breakfast was the same $16 buffet as my last hotel stay—except that hotel offered it for free.
