“Fantastic hotel”
Great location for walking around Biltmore village. Neal was very friendly and so helpful. He even bought candy for the guests with his own money. We got the 2 bedroom and 2 bath suite which is fantastic with 2 couples. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good and complimentary

“A Hidden Gem in Asheville”
This was one of the best hotel stays we’ve ever experienced. It started with the on-site support from Rebecca, who helped with an upgrade; then carried through to the incredible Sara, who greeted us each morning at breakfast like a ray of sunshine. “Sara and Pepe were fantastic. We will definitely stay again”
Excellent hotel. Sara at the front desk was amazing. Always polite, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Pepe managed the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever had at a residence inn.

“Fall 2025 - Outstanding across the board!”
We just spent 2 nights here... And to be honest, was a little nervous about some of the negative reviews ahead of our visit. But, we decided to focus on the positive and are so glad we did!
