This wonderful Inn was all that it advertised it was. Beautiful old home in a very pleasant neighborhood. 10 minutes from downtown Asheville and the Biltmore house. The owners are very accommodating and I’ve never had such wonderful breakfast at a bed-and-breakfast ; a three course breakfast cooked to perfection. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it!

“Great Visit to Asheville”

We loved Sweet Biscuit and our charming hosts Susan and John. We were welcomed upon arrival with a brief tour and shown to our room. Lots of little extras like cookies, coffees, teas, and bottled waters. And nice warm robes in the room. Clean room, comfortable bed. And the 3-course breakfast is … lisää

We loved Sweet Biscuit and our charming hosts Susan and John. We were welcomed upon arrival with a brief tour and shown to our room. Lots of little extras like cookies, coffees, teas, and bottled waters. And nice warm robes in the room. Clean room, comfortable bed. And the 3-course breakfast is to die for! Definitely the best breakfast I’ve had at a B&B. If you tell them your dietary restrictions ahead of time they will do their best to accommodate you. I felt so spoiled! They are super close to Biltmore and also close to everything else you’d want to do in Asheville. We’ll be back! Thank you John and Susan!

“A hidden gem in Asheville”

This is an excellent B&B! We were so fortunate to find this gem! The Inn itself is welcoming and lovely. Our room was very clean and decorated beautifully. The bed was perfect for a restful sleep. This is an excellent B&B! We were so fortunate to find this gem! The Inn itself is welcoming and lovely. Our room was very clean and decorated beautifully. The bed was perfect for a restful sleep. The wine and beer were out for guest to meet and mingle if they wished. The cookies on the front table were amazing. The three course breakfast was outstanding! A++ We look forward to our next stay at Sweet Biscuit! Also to note - we stayed after the hurricane devastated Asheville. We found the owners so welcoming and wanting to return to a since of normal and operating under all the necessary guidelines.

“Best B&B Experience yet - go for the breakfast, stay for the comforts of the Inn”

My husband and I stayed 3 nights and had the most wonderful stay. Susan and John are welcoming and do such a nice job providing guests with a comfortable stay. Upon arrival - you'll find freshly baked cookies (ours were chocolate chip pumpkin or snickerdoodle) - wine varieties in the evening. The welcoming porch is so peaceful - I spent an evening reading my book while enjoying a glass of wine. We stayed in Room 5 for 2-nights and decided to add on a night - due to other reservations, we moved to room 3. Both rooms are so nicely done, exceptionally clean, and feel spacious with the high ceilings and large windows. I can't express enough how shocked we were with breakfast. Day 1: a peach laid on top of honey and filled with vanilla yogurt - sprinkled with fresh blueberries and granola. Next disk was a delicate souffle of egg and chives. The final serving was a sweet dish of berries topped with a white Godiva chocolate mousse - topped with a sprig of mint. Each day was like this - with different varieties of dishes and blends of sweet and savory. The only regret I have is not taking pictures during our stay. PS. Hurricane impact - the pathways in/out of this area are clear - the elevation is high, and the main house did not sustain damage. As of Nov 8th - you can safely use the water for showering - bottled water is provided for consumption. Susan and John - along with the other restaurants provide bottled water for drinking. The Biltmore is open - I would also recommend using your phone to look up and follow Asheville's Urban Walking Tour and highly recommend an Asheville Jeep Tour.
