I am a Hilton fan and had never stayed in a Tru before. When you enter the lobby it is clean and smells fresh. We were welcomed by smiles and fast, friendly service. Being we had never stayed before they explained everything. A microwave is not provided in the room but they have one in the lobby for use, breakfast is 6-10, check out is at 12. Our room was on the fourth floor and on the way to our room was cleanliness and that same fresh smell. Entering our room, it smelled fresh and was very clean. I used wipes to clean the high touched area and the wipe was still white. All linen and pillows smelled fresh and the bathroom was spotless. They provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion in dispensers a wonderful touch. The bed slept comfortably and the TV was a nice size. If you need ice there is an ice machine on the first floor across from the work out room with ice buckets, cups and purified water to fill water bottles. Breakfast was good and had plenty to choose from. The pancake machine is cool, you wave your hand and a fresh made pancakes drops right on your plate, with lots of toppings to choose from. Also provided were eggs, sausage, cereals, yogurt, bagel and toast. I will never forget the kindness of the staff here, they were all friendly. I wanted to mention Craig, he went over and beyond to help us when our car battery died. Tricia(I hope I am spelling her name correctly) she was so friendly and was a source of comfort when we had our car towed. It was our anniversary weekend and the two people mentioned helped us to made lemons into lemonade. Thank you Tru by Hilton for our wonderful stay.

“Tricia Rocks!! Clean and Comfy stay”

Made last minute reservations to stay so that I was close enough to get to work during a snowstorm. Service was Superb, Tricia took very good care of me with her warm, welcoming personality. When I’m far from home, I’m treated like family and as a single woman traveler, I always feel safe and looked after by this Hilton team. Keep up the great work!

We do a decent amount of car traveling, and Tru hotels have become my first choice for overnight stays. The Burlington location is our latest stay, and definitely lived up to our expectations. The rooms and lobbies are clean and modern, and I love the lemon toiletries. Breakfast is always good variety and quality, with friendly staff available to help when needed. The rates are very competitive—it’s good, consistent value and we’ll definitely be back!
