Malika has great customer service. I arrived at your Charlotte hotel after an 8 hour drive and a lot of frustration. I arrived tired and cranky. We stayed here for four nights with two rooms booked. Arrived and first impression was good. Rooms clean ,air con worked snd the beds were comfortable But we didn’t get a friendly greeting from any of the staff. “Looks kind be deceiving.”
Nice and clean outside and attractive lobby and rooms. However, the entire hotel smelled of Weed so strong it would knock you down. The water in the shower on the hottest was lukewarm at best and our bathroom door would not close. The pool was green, closed at 8 pm and had frogs in it. Would not go… lisää
