Stayed here Friday, Feb 21, 2025. Was pleasantly surprised! Even though we arrived at 11:00 Friday night, the staff was friendly and just as friendly the following morning as we checked out. Breakfast was better than I expected. It says Continental Breakfast but it was actually a hot breakfast (eggs, sausage, waffles, biscuits and gravy). The room was great and also larger than typical rooms. Super clean as well. This will be our go-to when we come to Charlotte.

“Nice accommodations”

The room, corridors, and the lobby were clean. The atmosphere and staff were pleasant. Room rates are ideal/fair. Complimentary breakfast was also nice.

Made our reservation online after looking at the reviews for the property on TripAdvisor. At check-in, we were helped by very friendly and knowledgeable desk person. Made our reservation online after looking at the reviews for the property on TripAdvisor. At check-in, we were helped by very friendly and knowledgeable desk person. The room was clean with one small issue that didn’t bother us. One of the footstools had a five or 6 inch split along one seam. We took a picture and showed it to the desk person so they could note it in the record. She immediately offered to change our room and we said it was not necessary. We just wanted them to know about it so they could address it after we had left. The room size was generous and I believe the couch was a fold out but we didn’t need that. You could hear some muted highway noises, but not enough that it disturbed our sleep at all. Breakfast had lots of options and their staff was on hand to assist with any challenges that anybody had . We will absolutely stay there again and recommend them to others. Although we did not have a pet with us, we understand that the first three floors are pet friendly.

It’s in constant use., and when it’s not .. it resets itself. It’s very loud We made mention, they took “ note” During our 4 day stay we were constantly reminded of its presence
