“Ok for a single night.”

Solid 3.5 stars for this hotel. Things I liked: convenience to I-85 (also a dislike). Free breakfast. Service was good. Shower was hot and had plenty of of water pressure. Dislikes: lots of I-85 road noise. Toilet seemed sized (height wise) for a child. Prepare to do squats when you go to the bat… lisää

This is basically a clean, updated, and well-run place although we just visited while their electronic room key system was out of order. Trying to be forgiving for something that really wasn't their fault, I will say that they did the best they could to take care of us under a difficult situation; someone had to personally escort you to your room to open it every time you needed to go in (unless your spouse or someone else was inside). Breakfast was fine, as was the pool, and the two Queen beds were comfortable with a wide choice of pillows. Everyone that works there was friendly and very helpful! The only real problem with this place is the location. Sure, it's easy off & on to the nearby I-85 but that also means it's very noisy, especially if sitting outside by (or in) the pool. And even though the windows in the room are double pane (to block out noise) the sounds from vehicles outside on the street or highway come right through the room air conditioner. My advice: don't take any room on the first floor (they face the parking lots and/or pool) but try the rooms on the side facing away from the highway (like 214, 314, 414, etc.) .
