Ron truly set the standard for exceptional customer service. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond—not just for us, but for every guest he encountered. What stood out most was his patience and genuine care. He took the time to clearly explain documents and processes so that everything was easy to understand, never making anyone feel rushed or overlooked. I witnessed him assisting Dr. Scott, an older guest with her paperwork, and the level of patience and respect he showed was remarkable. He walked her through everything step by step, making sure she felt comfortable and confident, which speaks volumes about his character. Ron is professional, attentive, and truly kind-hearted. It’s rare to see someone so committed to making every guest feel supported. He is a true asset, and his service made a lasting impression.

“Lovely and clean”

This hotel had lovely rooms, lots of space, fully equipped and very clean. The shower was particularly wonderful, large, easy to use and plenty of hot water that happened quickly.

This Residence Inn fit the bill nicely for my two sisters and me on our trip to Raleigh. The location was great--close to the airport (which was nice, because we ended up having to return to the airport to get my luggage that didn't follow me). This Residence Inn fit the bill nicely for my two sisters and me on our trip to Raleigh. The location was great--close to the airport (which was nice, because we ended up having to return to the airport to get my luggage that didn't follow me). It's also close to great shopping of all sorts! There was adequate parking on both sides of the building. The desk was politely and efficiently managed in a welcoming entry. We stayed in Rm 461. There were trolleys to help us lug all our luggage up the elevators, that never seemed to take long to arrive. The kitchen area was nice--especially having a large refrigerator. The seating area had a couch and table and chairs, and desk. We had a room with 2 queens, which was roomy enough for us to get around and the beds were comfortable. The heating/ac system worked great and was not loud. The bathroom was nicely spacious, and there was a vanity area right outside of the bathroom that had a counter, drawers and a nice mirror (which helped us all getting ready in the morning). There was great storage in the bathroom for all of our toiletries. The shower water was a good pressure and no problem with the temperature or function whatsoever. The complimentary breakfast had plenty of choices, including (but not limited to) eggs, sausage, bagels, muffins, oatmeal, yogurt and cereal. Our suggestion for this wonderful hotel would be to please add lights in the rooms--the lighting is just inadequate. Also, I always like to see an extra mirror in the living room/kitchen area to make it easy for multiple people to get ready (and still have a late sleeper). I would stay here again
