“Family weekend”
My family and I absolutely love this hotel. It is our Goldsboro homestead. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. “A fantastic stay!”
The staff at Townplace goes above and beyond from Melinda, who helped me navigate my morning breakfast to Minina who graciously check me out and genuinely cared about my well-being. Thank you both for taking such good care of me. I will be back next month. They are Definite assets to the company.

“Amazing customer service skills”
Great place, I’ve been there a few times and it’s always a great experience. The young lady at the front, her name is KELLY, she is amazing to say the least, really friendly and very professional. Doesn’t matter what time you check in, she always has a smile. Great customer service skills.
