Was a good trip and can't wait to do it again , it was a learning experience the rooms were good the breakfast not so much I would recommend

“Customer service need to be addressed”
The room was clean and neat customer service at the front desk. Need to be retrained. They need to know how to greet customers and how to address the needs of the customer when they first check in. Being helpful to a senior citizen shouldn’t be a problem.,

“Nice place nice location, friendly staff. The carpet could’ve been cleaner.”
My husband and I went for a concert and the location was perfect. Pretty much 10 minutes from everywhere we wanted to go. The Colosseum, the mall, etc. The staff was very friendly and our room was clean. The only complaint was the dirty carpets.

“Brief fine stay”
Not the most comfortable room, or fanciest hotel, ever, for anybody to possibly stay in, but fine, other than some people who seemed more like "residents" there for months/weeks than people just staying there for days
