First off , when i arrived Marquita check me in an I was amazed by her out going ! Greeted me with a smile a provided great service quickly ! Everyday I come in the lobby , the felt from front desk was amazing as well ! I spent 4 nights starting on march 25 checking out march 28 , contacted Marquita the Gm about getting reservation for march 31, checking out April 6! I have travel for years with my job! This crew , the Gm Marquita and Angela are some the best in business! I’m so blessed that I’ve met these Women of God!!!! Enjoyed the stay an can’t wait to be back in near future

“A pleasant, affordable place to stay in Pinehurst.”

This hotel is easily located for access to all golf courses in the area. It is a short 10 minutes drive to the quaint town of Pinehurst and also near the historic Southern Pines. This hotel is easily located for access to all golf courses in the area. It is a short 10 minutes drive to the quaint town of Pinehurst and also near the historic Southern Pines. There is a pleasant botanical garden and two parks with nice trails within 15 minutes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were happy to have you stay with them. Our room was very clean and extremely quiet. We slept much better here than we did in our room at the Pinehurst Resort due to how quiet our room was. Breakfast at the Holiday Inn Express properties are always good and the staff was so helpful here.

“Nice stay”

Nice hotel that appears to be new. Staff very friendly, breakfast was adequate. The elevator was a little creaky.

“Cleaning fluid flavored coffee”

This hotel is okay. A little run down honestly. Only real problem we had was when we were leaving for a day out. There is a coffee bar in the lobby so we stopped to make some. There was a cleaning lady there, and she came over as we were pouring the coffee and she was really crowding us. She ma… lisää

This hotel is okay. A little run down honestly. Only real problem we had was when we were leaving for a day out. There is a coffee bar in the lobby so we stopped to make some. There was a cleaning lady there, and she came over as we were pouring the coffee and she was really crowding us. She made it very clear we were in her way and needed to move. When we didn't, she sprayed her cleaning bottle right next to our cups, cleaning fluid going straight into our coffee. She looked at us like "yea, what of it?" I know times have changed lately, but if memory serves, the hotel business is usually about the guests and their stay. The cleaning crew should get out of the way of a guest, not the other way around, And, for sure, cleaning fluid is not a good coffee flavor. Will never stay here again.
