“I was here for a company workshop”
Joshua was outstanding. Excellent customer service immediately came to help me and saw that I needed an extra help and didn’t hesitate to ensure that I got to my meeting on time. He greeted me with a smile, and I am appreciative for his excellent service !

“Good location -- room switched”
This hotel is in a good location, especially if shopping at North Hills. My major issue is that I paid for a king bed + sofa bed, but my room was given away due to a soccer tournament. “So much noise”
The hotel staff were very kind and friendly. The room was ok but pretty small. The bathroom had a very shallow square shaped sink and the oddest square toilet. Breakfast was decent.
