“Absolutely Great Hotel”

Great location. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Staff were awesome and attentive. Brand food available. Plenty of parking. If you want a more quiet stay, book a room with an odd room number. We stayed in a even numbered room and it can get noisy on that side as it faces the interstate.

I arrived at the hotel before check in and the staff was so nice and allowed me to check in early. Staff was wonderful. Hotel was nice and quiet. “Very nice hotel, stay was very pleasant”

Room was very clean with attractive contemporary decorating. Guests were quiet and well-behaved; mostly business travelers during the week. Staff was efficient and helpful. Room was very clean with attractive contemporary decorating. Guests were quiet and well-behaved; mostly business travelers during the week. Staff was efficient and helpful. Well stocked snack area in lobby, including a few options for dinner (healthy frozen dinners, fresh wraps and salads). Good breakfast. Everything worked in the room. There was one small cosmetic issue in the bathroom that I mentioned when checking out, and the desk clerk made a note of it. The only downside was that there was quite a bit of traffic noise, but that would likely be unavoidable in this area.

The customer service person at the desk did not inform me that there is a $150 service hold charge that will show up on my checking account. I always get a copy of my receipt when I leave. And there were no other charges on my receipt. But when I returned home and looked at my checking account it w… lisää

The customer service person at the desk did not inform me that there is a $150 service hold charge that will show up on my checking account. I always get a copy of my receipt when I leave. And there were no other charges on my receipt. But when I returned home and looked at my checking account it was there. The fee was charged and then taken off of course. But common courtesy would have been to inform me of this charge showing up on my checking account. I called and the guy.(didn't get his name..should have). But he said that it always shows up and I told him it doesn't. Because I've stayed at the Hilton for years and have not seen it.
