“Karen is all smiles all the time!”
I have stayed at this hotel many times while in Winston Salem and it has consistently been clean, quiet, and comfortable. “Nice Place to Stay”
The Comfort Suites in Winston Salem is nice and comfortable. The room was good and the bed very comfy, with soft sheets and four good pillows. Towels were thick, but the one negative for us was that there was no hot water during the evening and night of our stay. We didn't call anyone about it, … lisää

“Family member in the hospital near here.”
Good overall. The Staff were not unfriendly but not friendly either. Hotel was clean, the rooms were clean and the beds were okay. The breakfast bar area was clean. The hot foods were greasy though.

“Good, would stay again.”
Room 500. April 2025. Very Clean, comfortable, spacious... no issues. Would stay again, based on this room. Village Tavern, down the road had very good food. A little bit pricey. I don't review the check-in process as this depends on the time you arrive.

“Good for the price”
This was a pretty good stay, especially for the price and location. Conveniently located near Hanes Mall and tucked away from traffic.
