The overall customer service is excellent. You can tell their overall mission is total customer satisfaction from check-in to check-out. Building and landscaping is well maintained.

“Will definitely stay there again!”

This is our 5th stay over the last couple years and we are always greeted with a very friendly staff. The rooms are always very clean with a king size bed. The beds and pillows super comfy. This is our 5th stay over the last couple years and we are always greeted with a very friendly staff. The rooms are always very clean with a king size bed. The beds and pillows super comfy. The shower worked awesome and the bathroom was clean. Nice hand soap, body lotion, hair dryer. The room was super quiet and far away from the highway. The entrance to the hotel is not so easy to find and it’s a small sign, but very worth the stay once you find it. If you’re an AARP member that will save you a discount. The complimentary breakfast is a nice selection of hot and cold items. As animal lovers, we noticed the staff was caring for local stray cats at the back of the property. Very kind-hearted people. They were being well cared for with shelters and food and water, as well as being spayed and neutered. We will be staying there again in the future when we come to visit our friends and family.

“Good Stop on the Road”

Finding the Holiday Inn Express in Cambridge, OH was a little confusing (the drive off the highway leads to the back of the hotel with no sign indicating the hotel name), but once we finally found the front of the hotel, we were easily checked into a clean, attractive room with a king bed and good … lisää

Finding the Holiday Inn Express in Cambridge, OH was a little confusing (the drive off the highway leads to the back of the hotel with no sign indicating the hotel name), but once we finally found the front of the hotel, we were easily checked into a clean, attractive room with a king bed and good lighting. The location is far enough from the interstate to provide a quiet stay. The room had enough space to be comfortable, and the bed provided a good sleep with both soft and firm pillows (love that feature of HIE). The bedside tables are large enough to accommodate a sleep machine. The opposite side of the room provided a closet for hanging clothes, a bench, a luggage rack, a large TV, desk, and a good task chair. An upholstered chair is a must-have for lounging in the evening; this one was a little low but comfortable. The bathroom was clean and functional with a tub shower. We appreciated the hotel-size refrigerator, microwave, and single-cup coffee maker. Breakfast the next morning was just what we've come to expect at HIE -- a variety of hot and cold items and the soft, delicious cinnamon rolls (wonderful!). Staff are friendly and welcoming. We will return to this HIE if we return to Cambridge in the future.
