I noticed all of the bad reviews. However, it was $300 more to stay downtown. This area is green on the crime grades map. See The room we chose was not ready when we arrived, however, they had an identical room on a different floor. We stayed in a suite that sleeps 6 people. It was very roomy. Not sure an adult would want to sleep on the pull out couch but my kid was fine with it. The room was clean and there were no bugs. Breakfast was the standard Hampton breakfast. They ran out of ketchup and bananas though. The staff was very friendly. It is 20 minutes from the zoo and the Great American Ballpark.

Stayed at this property while visiting family in Cincinnati. I arrived considerably before the 4 PM check-in time. Sal, the front desk clerk explained that check-out time had just passed and they were starting to clean rooms. She also told me that some of her housekeeping staff had called in sick. … lisää

Stayed at this property while visiting family in Cincinnati. I arrived considerably before the 4 PM check-in time. Sal, the front desk clerk explained that check-out time had just passed and they were starting to clean rooms. She also told me that some of her housekeeping staff had called in sick. She told me to feel free and set up my computer in the breakfast area. She got me a wifi code, the TV remote, and made certain there was freshly brewed coffee. I don't think I even waited 30 minutes before she called me to the front desk and told me that my room was ready. In spite of being short-handed in the housekeeping department Sal went out of her way to get my room ready early. I travel for business every other week. For the most part I see good customer service, but it is rare when I see someone go that extra mile. I was concerned that my room would have been cleaned hurriedly, but when I got to my room I found that it had been cleaned very thoroughly. It was obvious the floor had been vacuumed, the bed was made neatly, there were plenty of towels, and most importantly there was plenty of regular coffee for the in-room coffee maker. I ran into several other staff members in the lobby, and they were all friendly and engaging. I asked and the property is about 3 years old. It still looks brand new. Based on the great customer service and the cleanliness of the property I will definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

“A Mother’s relaxing treat out ….”

I really love the hotel everything about it was great except for the swimming pool was really small and cold …..🥶. The breakfast bar was excellent. The staff was really nice and very professional and I really enjoyed my stay there and I look forward to return and stay again sometime in the near fut… lisää
