“Good choice.”
All employees were professional and a pleasure to deal with. Rooms were comfortable and meals were good. I'll come back in the future.

“Intercontinental Cleveland Club Lounge”
We decided to include the Club lounge with our stay -and we are so glad we did. The food was excellent and the hospitality by Antoinette Peterson was awesome! She brings smiles to all.

“Great Location/Facility but some definite cons.”

“Location can't be beat”
Room was clean and comfortable but after being in the shower with empty shampoo conditioner my patience was tested. Then, hurrying for an appointment, the hair dryer was broken. They were responsive at bringing a new dryer. Location can't be beat if a medical appointment is scheduled in the Crile… lisää
