A top notch experience. Was able to book easily and directly via hotel phone number, which I prefer over general 800 numbers because I like to ask locale-specific questions. Easy access to both Routes 80 and 90. Friendly staff made the stay extra special. After a long day on the road, I asked if there was any herbal tea available to help me relax. Staff went out of her way to give me some peppermint tea from her own stash. I was reluctant to take it, but she insisted. I was so grateful for her kindness. She really made my day. Thank you! Room was updated, spacious, clean, quiet. Bed was so comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was fresh and food was abundant. Staff was welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. All in all, couldn't have asked for a better stay. Everything was perfect. The kind, professional staff made the experience so wonderful! Thank you!

This Holiday Inn & Suites is pretty new, so I'd be surprised if guests had any complaints. The current owners must have done a major overhaul for everything to look so up-to-date. I was a guest here a few years ago when it was still a "Country Inn and Suites," and there is no sign of the building's previous identity. I stayed in a king bedroom for two nights. There was plenty of space in the middle of the room for a sofa and coffee table. I don't like watching TV from a bed, so the room's layout was quite comfortable. The bathroom was clean, with a shower (no tub) and soap, etc. available via dispenser, as a lot of hotels do now. Bed was comfortable, and the small fridge worked fine. The shades also functioned well to keep the room dark. There are USB ports to charge your devices. And it was easy to get the room's temperature adjusted. The breakfast buffet was more than adequate, with pre-made omelettes one morning and warm cinnamon rolls both days. Parking was plentiful. Staff members were all cheerful and professional. My only concern with this hotel is that there's just one elevator for guests, so it's much in demand. Since the renovation took out the old, folksy wooden stairway to the second floor that characterize all Country Inns and Suites, you might have to hunt a little to get to a stairs, but I found that faster when I wasn't using my suitcase.

Very nice clean hotel with spacious comfortable rooms and a great breakfast. Staff was friendly. We would stay here again.

First time in a long time I have been in a Holiday Inn Express because I am a member of a different hotel chain. It was almost on the level of a Fairfield Inn and Suites. The breakfast, food, cleanliness and service were the same, but the look of the exterior and interior was slightly less attractive. I would certainly give Holiday Inns a second look when traveling.
