1st time staying at this location, but we would stay there again. We did have an issue with the 1st room we had - the A/C wasn’t working correctly. “Good Hotel in a Good Location South of Dayton.”
This hotel is south of Dayton and near Springboro. It was clean and well equipped with towels, TV. Not a fancy place but it was clean and was reasonably priced. My room did not have a walk-in shower. It had a tub with a shower. The breakfast was the traditional Holiday Inn type.

“Worth it”
Was on a road trip and needed a place to rest. Located conveniently next to I-75. The rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable. It is pricier than the surrounding places but worth it. Breakfast was included and was decent. Will be back if I'm ever in the area again

“Nice hotel, but it's the little things...”
Beds are comfy as you'd expect in Holiday Inn. I think this is a franchise now because little things are lacking. Toppings for oatmeal are non-existent. Super cheap toilet paper, really thin towels. Not what I'm used to, so it's gotta be a franchise run property. That being said, it was pretty cle… lisää
