“A pleasant stay in Independence”
Great location, friendly staff, room was clean and comfortable. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good place to stay at a reasonable cost. No issues with noise, very quiet, away from main streets but plenty of restaurants and shops etc. nearby.

“Best hotel in the area”
The hotel is clean and new. The staff is so welcoming. I was stuck here in a snow storm and they offered to help me clean off my car. I travel to Ohio frequently for work and will absolutely stay here when I am visiting the area. Laurie and Jan were so kind to me,

“Excellent experience”
Everything was excellent and clean. The breakfast was extremely great and the breakfast lady Ms. Annie was wonderful .We were there for a funeral and she was very comforting. From the desk was nice also.

“Great Place to Stay”
Management and front staff very kind and accommodating with reserving room and simply saying "hello" each morning. Room was very clean and comfortable beds. Very convenient with the small kitchenette in the room. Highly recommend staying here if visiting in the area for pleasure or work.

“Good”
I had a really great stay at this hotel! Everything went smoothly and I truly enjoyed my time here. A huge shoutout to Theresa in the front office, she was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond with anything I needed or asked about. She made the whole experience so much better.
