“Lack of customer service for noise complaint”

We had a very noisy room next door. I tried calling the front desk several times and never got through in the afternoon or again in the evening. We had a very noisy room next door. I tried calling the front desk several times and never got through in the afternoon or again in the evening. Finally, i went downstairs to tell them, and I was not treated with respect. The attendant was defensive and annoyed at the request. The noise was so loud I could hear them when getting off the elevator down the hall. Cursing, yelling and screaming throughout the daytime and into the evening. The second night they carried on until 3 AM

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Very nice stay! This was our first time staying at the Kent State University Hotel & Conference Center, and overall we were really impressed. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-kept, and the hotel itself felt fresh and well-maintained. The only downsides were that parking is located across the street, which made it a little tricky carrying our luggage in, and it was a bit noisy in the hallway at times. Still, we were really happy with the cleanliness and the overall experience. We’d definitely stay here again when visiting Kent!

I am surprised that the rooms do not have smart tvs in them; this seems like a standard amenity everywhere I go, especially when a hotel is a conference center. This is my biggest complaint. I think money could be spent to update the rooms in this way. The bathroom had a mildewy smell to it, th… lisää

I am surprised that the rooms do not have smart tvs in them; this seems like a standard amenity everywhere I go, especially when a hotel is a conference center. This is my biggest complaint. I think money could be spent to update the rooms in this way. The bathroom had a mildewy smell to it, though it appeared to be clean. We had poor sleep because we were next door to a family that was loud and chairs were constantly being dragged across the floor, which isn't the hotels fault, except to say that the room could have been reserved further away.
