I wanted to take a minute and compliment Kris who was working the front desk. We were attending a girls softball tournament a few weeks ago and she was FANTASTC. We had a late game that finished up around 10:30pm and then had to turn around and play an 8am game the next morning. When we arrived at the hotel the first evening, we were talking to Kris and mentioned how we would be missing breakfast due to having to be at the fields early the next morning. She mentioned to us about setting some breakfast bags aside for us in the morning. I actually mentioned to my wife how nice that was of her, but that I highly doubted she would do it, let alone remember. Well to our surprise, the next morning there they were on the counter, 4 bags for my wife, my son, my daughter and myself. I was honestly shocked. Not only did she work all night, but she remembered to do what she said. That kind of service is unheard of these days and is such a rarity. I hope you will share this email with Kris and let her know how much we appreciated her kindness and her attention to details. If she lived closer to Columbus, I would certainly try to steal her away from you. 🙂

“Breakfast items could be improved”

Great location and decent hotel. The service is great, especially from Aidan at the front desk who is very courteous and provides detailed instruction and helpful service at check-in. The breakfast is rather disappointing as this is the first hotel I have come across with absolutely NO fresh fruits… lisää

Great location and decent hotel. The service is great, especially from Aidan at the front desk who is very courteous and provides detailed instruction and helpful service at check-in. The breakfast is rather disappointing as this is the first hotel I have come across with absolutely NO fresh fruits (bananas, apples, oranges, pears) or flavored yogurt at breakfast. To their credit, I must acknowledge the staff at breakfast (specially Gabby) who put in great effort to serve and satisfy guests.

This was our first stay at a Home 2 Suites. The room was nice with a nice kitchen, sitting area and comfy beds. Public areas were clean and inviting. However breakfast was dismal. This was our first stay at a Home 2 Suites. The room was nice with a nice kitchen, sitting area and comfy beds. Public areas were clean and inviting. However breakfast was dismal. No hot food in the serving area, no fresh fruit 🍌 no milk for cereal. Some patrons asked the front desk about breakfast and the front desk lady contacted the kitchen staff. Finally some breaded chicken breast showed up. Slowly a few other things appeared, but if you needed to eat and run, you were out of luck. Maybe they are short on staff?
