A great hotel experience. I'm originally from Cuyahoga Falls but drove up from Columbus Oh. for an event this last weekend. Because the hotel was full, they kept me apprised of when they have a room. When I checked in, the staff were kind and efficient and my room was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. When I was getting ready to go to bed, I found that I had forgotten my toothpaste. I went down to the front desk and the 3rd shift clerk, Jude, gave me 2 free packs of toothpaste and even offered me a free toothbrush! Finally, the free breakfast buffet on Sunday was very tasty and the dining room was clean and comfortable.

“Overall a nice place to stay”

We stayed here for one night while visiting Cuyahoga Valley National Park nearby. It was a convenient location for visiting the park. We actually were upgraded for free to a two-bedroom suite that had three beds when we booked a king studio with one bed. That was nice and spacious. One thing I didn… lisää

We stayed here for one night while visiting Cuyahoga Valley National Park nearby. It was a convenient location for visiting the park. We actually were upgraded for free to a two-bedroom suite that had three beds when we booked a king studio with one bed. That was nice and spacious. One thing I didn't care for in the room was how high the sides of the tub were - it was very difficult to get in and out for the shower. One suggestion I have for the hotel is to have indoor or outdoor areas big groups could reserve if they want to hang out. There was some sort of sports tournament going on with tons of families and kids staying at the hotel for that. Unfortunately that meant they took over the entire indoor lobby area AND the entire outdoor patio area all evening such that no one else could enjoy being out there all night long. Music, big food spreads, they put out lawn games that took up the common areas, etc. It would have been nice to enjoy the amenities of the hotel. I think having areas groups can reserve could be the best of both worlds so they can still enjoy time together and the rest of the hotel guests can enjoy being outside their rooms.

Pros: The 2 bedroom suites are very spacious for a family of four. Love the convenience of a mini-kitchen and complimentary breakfast was great each day. Pros: The 2 bedroom suites are very spacious for a family of four. Love the convenience of a mini-kitchen and complimentary breakfast was great each day. It's secluded in a nice, quiet location right across from an amazing coffee shop named Nervous Dog.  Cons: They lodge dogs/families on the same floor. We were almost attacked by our neighbors dog as we both exited our rooms at the same time. The dog lunged at my two year old and the owner could barely restrain it. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen. A suggestion would be to have a designated area of the building specifically for guests traveling with animals.  They could also work on the cleanliness of the rooms. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets.
