We are a touring band traveling from Cleveland, OH to Troy, NY and recently stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott in Beachwood, Cleveland, and had a very positive experience. The parking was convenient, with plenty of spaces available right near the entrance, making it easy to get in and out. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and quick, which added to the overall hassle-free vibe of the stay. The customer service was very friendly, attentive, and eager to help. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bed, a large TV, and a cozy couch area. The bathroom was also spotless. A nice bonus was the accessible washer and dryer. The coffee and breakfast stand in the lobby was a great feature, offering a quick and easy option before heading on the road again. “The good outweighed the bad.”

Mixed review on this hotel that just opened after a renovation. The beds were comfortable, the tv was nice and big, and the room was clean and quiet. Mixed review on this hotel that just opened after a renovation. The beds were comfortable, the tv was nice and big, and the room was clean and quiet. The bad… the toilets were extremely low to the ground with no grab bars available. Potentially a huge problem. Refrigerator was minuscule and laid out weirdly so nothing fit. No toiletry amenities, just cheap soap. No shower cap provided, etc. BUT, good quality Kleenex. Overall, between a 3-4*, since the good outweighed the bad.

Serviceable stay for three nights for business. Rooms are dark and showing age, but mine was clean and comfortable enough. Though the HVAC in the room was very loud at all times, and there was lots of maintenance happening all around the property. Staff was pleasant enough, if a little distracted. … lisää

Though the HVAC in the room was very loud at all times, and there was lots of maintenance happening all around the property. Staff was pleasant enough, if a little distracted. I would stay here again in a pinch but would not be my first choice.

“Just a few problems”

I realize that there was no free breakfast, but there were only a few expensive choices. In addition, when we went to get coffee at 8:30 am on Saturday, there were no coffee urns out. I realize that there was no free breakfast, but there were only a few expensive choices. In addition, when we went to get coffee at 8:30 am on Saturday, there were no coffee urns out. Later in the afternoon, there were two out but one was empty and I got the last of the coffee from the other. The bathroom definitely needed an upgrade. The shower liner was about six inches too long and was not wide enough to prevent water from spraying out. On Saturday morning, we asked at the front desk if we could have additional cups and coffee pods for the room as well as new facecloths. Late Saturday afternoon, a staff member came to the door to see if we wanted anything! A guess the note was lost because he knew nothing about it and we never received our requested items. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly but not so helpful.
