“Incredible Front Desk Staff”
My father-in-law was denied boarding by Southwest Airlines after being discharged at a nearby hospital, so I needed to book a room with points for my spouse. “Highly recommend”
Stayed here for early flight and was pleasantly surprised. Staff was very nice and room was clean and very spacious. Also free shuttle to terminal. Recommend this hotel to anyone. Left too early for breakfast so can’t help there. Only downside if any is no restaurants very close. A few deliver thou… lisää

“New Hotel”
Staff was friendly, housekeeping was on point. All of the amenities I expected. I was surprised that there was only one (1) Black employee. He was the shuttle driver. “Not a great experience”
I’ve stayed at this hotel a couple times and was always happy with it. This time we were on the fourth floor and the airplane noise was pretty loud.
