“Beautiful clean condo that is on the best floor.”

We stayed at condo 304. PERFECT !!! It had everything we needed, clean and the view was perfect. The elevators went down for a couple of hours but it was easy to walk the stairs. This is our new place to go. We already have plans to be back this summer.

We loved the condo itself - everything clean and in working order. Our unit, 805 was updated and the bed comfortable. It was lacking in the kitchen - no salt & pepper or spices at all, no dishwashing liquid, only 1 dishrag. Only annoyance for us was that building maintenance - sounded like grind… lisää

It was lacking in the kitchen - no salt & pepper or spices at all, no dishwashing liquid, only 1 dishrag. Only annoyance for us was that building maintenance - sounded like grinding or a jackhammer - was there for 10/14 days. Every day, 8-5. It forced us to get out. The weather was good most of the time, so that's what we did when we couldn't take it any longer. Not good though when you work remotely. Thankfully we were leaving the day after we got a sign on our patio door that said "Danger - do not use balcony." I would come here again IF I knew there would not be continual maintenance from 8-5 each day.

I stayed in unit 706, managed by Liquid Life Property Mgmt, and our condo and experience was great with them. However, I'm leaving this review about the building itself. The building left me underwhelmed and concerned. First impression - I get in the elevator and notice the "Certificate of Operation" expired Jan 24, 2020, which was exactly one year from the last time it was inspected. So it's been 2.5 years since it had last been inspected and 18 months since the certificate expired. The second elevator was a little better - it's certificate expired Jan 2021. If they aren't inspecting their elevators, what else aren't they doing? They do have a decent tennis court (with pickleball lines) and shuffleboard, but no equipment for you to use. So bring your own. The basketball net is all but completely torn off. It is a 14 story building and you need to be at least on floor 6 for people lounging at the pool to not be able to see into your patio. While at the pool, we saw a group throwing food (cut up watermelon) down to people at the pool. It would be nice if there was a building rep onsite to help with this kind of ridiculousness, but there isn't; at least from what I could tell. Again, my condo was great and was pleased with my vacation, but the building of Windward Pointe as a whole left me concerned.
