What a hidden gem! I'm so glad to have stumbled across this one! The front desk staff was welcoming, the condo (unit 119) was perfect, the views were awesome and the neighbors were fun to hang out with by the firepits or chat with across the balconies. We had a little hiccup at the end when we left an item behind but the staff (I'm talking about you, Kathy with K!) went WAY above and beyond to ensure its safe return across the country. Can't say enough good things about the place! If you're in doubt, just book it!

“Weekend getaway”

This is a great hotel. Every room has a view of the ocean. It was super clean and had a well equipped kitchen. Staff was very friendly and the grounds were well maintained. We will definitely book another stay.

I reserved two condos (a 2 bdrm & a 1 bdrm) for 2 nights. Both rooms appeared newly remodeled and in good repair. The kitchen was stocked, though somewhat minimal, with everything we needed. I reserved two condos (a 2 bdrm & a 1 bdrm) for 2 nights. Both rooms appeared newly remodeled and in good repair. The kitchen was stocked, though somewhat minimal, with everything we needed. We were on the north end of the property, and it was very quiet. Our views of the ocean were spectacular - and we were above one end of the 'creek' running through the property, and watched a blue heron fishing! You do have to cross this chilly creek to get to the ocean's edge (~1/4 mile out), but the mini dunes & patterns in the sand on the way are a beautiful distraction :] The property is on the north end of Newport and easy to find, and only a few minutes from the Yaquina Lighthouse & tidepools. It's not walking distance into town/downtown, but <10min drive, depending on where you're heading. The driveway is steep, but looks worse than it is - not an issue :] The small office has a few supplies (snacks, toothbrushes, Advil, etc) for purchase, The two people I spoke with in the office we friendly & helpful. Yes, I'd recommend staying here. I hope to return on my next trip.

My wife and I went to celibate my birthday. It was a very nice weekend. I ordered a studio room but was very pleased with the size. It had a full kitchen with all the appliances. My wife and I went to celibate my birthday. It was a very nice weekend. I ordered a studio room but was very pleased with the size. It had a full kitchen with all the appliances. The lighting and furnishings were very nice. We had a deck with a view of the ocean. It was located on Agate Beach, so we were able to do a lot of beach combing. We will be back!!
