“Hampton Inn, Roseburg, it is the place to stay”
We enjoyed our stay at the Roseburg Hampton Inn as it was an easy check in, quiet stay even though the location is next to the interstate and very convienent to everything. “It’s all in the details”
Clean and comfortable. Great presentation and wonderful customer service. Nice to have a freezer in the refrigerator. Nice to have a nightlight in the bathroom. “Amazing Customer Service”
Absolutely amazing customer service. Melissa worked the front desk when we arrived late and was still there in the morning. I have c5 palsy after a failed spine surgery. “Very nice with a bathroom complaint”
Roseburg, OR Very nice hotel! Breakfast was mediocre - typical food for a hotel breakfast with waffles, various baked goods, eggs and a protein. The staff was very friendly and competent. “Poor faucet design”
See the faucet picture - it was really designed poorly. The room thermostat was difficult to set and keep at the temperature we desired. Other than that, the hotel was OK.
