I booked a group block here and will do so every time I need to. The communication from start to finish was clear and timely. They were flexible with day-of adjustments as well. All of our group had great things to say were happy with their accommodations. The location near Dorney Park and Muhlenberg College makes it an easy pick for future events.

We stayed at the Four Points Allentown from December 19–21 for a family reunion, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The accommodations were excellent, the rooms were clean and well maintained, and the staff was consistently professional and courteous. I would highly recommend a stay at the Four Points. Saran and her team were a pleasure to work with and truly helped make our weekend memorable.

The front desk staff members were very friendly and helpful ... among the best I've encountered in my travels. But sadly, our experience at this Four Points was marred by a neighboring room's television incessantly blasting through the wall. Had we had quiet neighbors (or no neighbors) our stay would have been much more pleasant. It did not occur during designated weekend late quiet hours, so we did not register a formal complaint. But it was highly annoying. Suffice it to say the rooms are not soundproof. The location of the hotel was convenient for our Allentown activities.

I stayed here for two nights for a business visit. The Four Points was one of hotels they had recommended. Check-in was fairly easy. I stayed here for two nights for a business visit. The Four Points was one of hotels they had recommended. Check-in was fairly easy. Staff were very friendly, and the front desk manager gave us free drink tokens because she appreciated that a group of us booked the property. The hotel is in good and clean condition, and pretty much matches the Four Points standard look. It's very more traditional looking room and very large. I didn't notice any noise issues. WiFi worked fine. I did go to the restaurant in the hotel (Linx), and it was better than I had expected. The food was decent, and service was good enough (but a bit slow). As it had been snowing the past week, I couldn't really tell if anything was within easy walking distance, but plenty of restaurants within a 5-10min drive. Overall, it pretty much met expectations for the brand. No complaints. If in the area, I would consider returning.
