OMG, this is the CLEANEST Hampton Inn we have EVER stayed at. And we stay at Hamptons FREQUENTLY. It's our go-to brand. Everything about this place is clean. OMG, this is the CLEANEST Hampton Inn we have EVER stayed at. And we stay at Hamptons FREQUENTLY. It's our go-to brand. Everything about this place is clean. I observed the common areas on the first floor being mopped at least twice a day. The place smells fresh - everywhere, halls, lobby, bathrooms, gym, pool area. The breakfast area was always clean AND all the pastries were all individually wrapped in ziplocks (not a cheap thing to do!) Wow. This is also the ONLY hotel that I have ever seen with an indoor pool the doesn't sceeve me. Was so clean, I had to go for a dip. There were a A LOT of nice personal touches too, like you might find at a ABnB. Little packs of chocolates. Thoughtful notes. Complimentary bottles of water. Even rubber ducky in the bathroom. Front desk and housekeeping staff were super friendly. We stayed 4 nights

This is one of the better Hampton Inns I stay in. As a single female traveler, I appreciate the well-lit parking lot and lobby, quiet, as well as its location with restaurants close by. This is one of the better Hampton Inns I stay in. As a single female traveler, I appreciate the well-lit parking lot and lobby, quiet, as well as its location with restaurants close by. The employees are fantastic! Each time I stay, I’m welcomed with a friendly “Hi!” from the front desk staff, Hershey Kisses by the bed, and water bottles in the room. Let’s not forget the rubber ducks in the bathroom! The housekeeping staff even fold the toilet paper into flowers or bows. I will always stay here when I travel to Danville, Kentucky. The one thing I don’t like—and this is Hampton-Inn-wide—is the placement of the bathroom faucet. I have small hands and have trouble washing them comfortably. Hampton C-suite, this one missed the mark

“No housekeeping during two-night stay”

I tried to book a two-night stay, but the online system wouldn't allow it. I had to make separate bookings for each night, which was inconvenient and confusing. This should be a simple process-hopefully it gets fixed soon. I booked for two nights, but my room was never cleaned during my stay. I h… lisää

I tried to book a two-night stay, but the online system wouldn't allow it. I had to make separate bookings for each night, which was inconvenient and confusing. This should be a simple process-hopefully it gets fixed soon. I booked for two nights, but my room was never cleaned during my stay. I had to reuse the same towel, which was disappointing and not what I expect from a hotel of this caliber. If housekeeping isn't automatic for multi-night stays, guests should be informed clearly at check-in.
