“A great place to stay in Kutztown”
We had a very pleasant stay here at the Hampton Inn in Kutztown. The rooms were nice and spacious. We found a comfortable bed, pleasant staff, and a hot shower with plenty of pressure. Next time we come to Kutztown, this is the place we'll stay.

“GREAT Hotel in a GREAT Location!!”
The Hampton Inn Kutztown exceeded expectations — clean, modern, and super comfortable. The staff was welcoming and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding Berks County area. Bonus: the breakfast was better than most hotel offerings. I’d definitely stay here again.

“Newer Hotel”
Stayed in this small town on the way back across country. Typical Hampton Inn. Newer and nice. The bathroom door is one of those stupid barn doors and it was hung poorly or the floor was lifted as it dragged on the floor and could not be closed all the way. Pool was nice and warm.

“Helpful Staff”
Great staff, including Christina at the front desk. Rating as good vs. excellent because breakfast not up to par compared with our other Hampton stays. The only fruit available was apple (red delicious, the most boring variety).

“Poor value Hampton Inn”
Before arriving, I tried to “manage room and check in” as their email states to do, but it had a glitch. I wanted an upper floor room-I then called and was told to ask upon arriving f. When arriving I did ask and was told, “well…they have you on the 3rd floor.” Who is they?…anyway I was tired so ke… lisää
