The location is excellent and we are already looking forward to returning in less than a month's time! Would definitely recommend, especially as the twin room we had was a good spacious size, we had a great view from the top floor, and breakfast options were plentiful and delicious. Our beds were comfortable and the mood lighting options were better than many hotels we have stayed at. Couple of things to be aware of: - We did not see any twin bed suite options at the time of booking, it's a shame Hyatt still doesn't add twin options for those that would like more space but are penalized for not preferring one bed. - Try not to get a connecting room, as the design of the bathroom sliding doors means it can bang every time it's pulled closed. We would hope the hotel can do an easy fix by adding something to make the closing silent (like other hotels have done that we've stayed at). This was our first introduction to the Caption brand, and we will definitely seek out this brand again for future stays.

Great central location. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was extremely appreciative that they let me check in early with no extra charge. Sean who held our bags before we left was great. Great central location. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was extremely appreciative that they let me check in early with no extra charge. Sean who held our bags before we left was great. The rooms were roomy and comfortable. I especially liked that a sensor light went on at night to help find the loo. We had a delicious dinner at the restaurant. My only complaint was that the music was way too loud for dinner time as my husband were unable to hear each other without yelling. Great hotel!

Great experience, room was very new, well designed and superb clean. I can definitely recommend Hyat Centric Rittenhouse to anybody and would like to come back next time I am in Philly.
