A very nice Days Inn, much better than most we have stayed at previously. I'm guessing its the Wyndham influence. It was marred a bit by indifferent front desk attitude. A very nice Days Inn, much better than most we have stayed at previously. I'm guessing its the Wyndham influence. It was marred a bit by indifferent front desk attitude. When we noticed a toilet leak upon check-in, we were told moving to another room was not an option due to full booking, even though we had arrived early, and the lot only had 2 or 3 cars in it. Fortunately, when we checked back an hour later, the manager/owner seemed to have intervened and handed us the key to the room next door.

“Good place for a night's sleep”

The room was clean with no unpleasant odors. Bathroom was clean. The bed and pillow were comfortable. The room was quiet, with the only noise from the A/C. Staff was friendly. Parking right in front of our room. This is not a luxury spa, but for the money it is a good place for a night's slee… lisää

“Great stop on motorcycle trip”

Motorcycle trip with both camping and hotel stays. This Days Inn was nice - got first floor rooms and were able to park in front of them. Comfortable beds. Parking is off of the street, felt more secure. Breakfast offering was pretty slim, plenty of breakfast available in Waynesboro.

We have major concerns about this hotel. Upon checking in, we were informed of a $20 pet charge. Even though we felt this was a fair charge, it was not on the website. We paid the $20 in cash. We have major concerns about this hotel. Upon checking in, we were informed of a $20 pet charge. Even though we felt this was a fair charge, it was not on the website. We paid the $20 in cash. The room (235) was worn but generally clean. The lack of electrical outlets was a concern. The only one available on the headboard wall was behind the bed, against the bedclothes, without an outlet plate...a major fire hazard. There was no place outside for our dog to relieve herself so we ended up taking her several blocks down the street to a dog park. The breakfast was poor...not much to choose from. After returning home, we received a call from the hotel stating that our dog had torn the bed cover. We know our dog and she does not chew or dig. I checked the cover before leaving and did not see any such tear. The manager was emphatic, not nice, and was unwilling to listen to our viewpoint on the situation. We asked that a picture be sent to our email to substantiate this claim. We received no such picture but we were charged $30 on our credit card. We submitted our concern to Wyndham. Their response was to contact the hotel. Apparently they didn't read our concern carefully.
