“Excellent”
My husband and I had an excellent stay. Good hotel location, the room was clean and quiet. Check-in and all personnel were efficient. Good beds, responsive heat. Food was available in the evening so we didn’t have to go out and the price was reasonable. Breakfast was available for an extra cost but… lisää

“12 out of 10”
Great stay from start to finish! The location, building, & staff really set our stay apart. Jenn made us feel special and will be a big reason why we return. She emulates what hospitality is all about and what other hotels should strive for. Our room was equally flawless, and the bed was comfy!

“Awesome service from Jenn”
Jenn went above and beyond to take care of me. I really appreciated it. She made sure I had what I needed and kept an eye on my belongings for me. My company has used this establishment before and have not been disappointed. They are always on point

“The manager of the hotel JENN is a hero for this hotel .She is always here and take of the customers”
The cleanest hotel and towels I have ever seen,the breakfast was good according other American hotels . The room was very wide and all kitchen equipments were in the room Location is near Roanoke Airport so it is easier to reach the hotel I would come again

“Constantly Improving.”
I have stayed at this property several times on the Holiday Inn side. It has been a work in progress for 4 years. It seems like they have made real progress since last year.
