I walked in and Dan greeted me with a smile. Dan was extremely friendly and personable. He offered me red velvet cookies freshly baked. He treated me like a platinum member even though I know Hilton uses Diamond as their highest tier. I was with a colleague and he treated my colleague just the same even though my colleague does not usually stay at Hilton properties. The lobby was clean and Dan was even pushing chairs in to keep things orderly. I appreciate Dan, his demeanor, professionalism, and attention to detail. He even walked someone up to their room because they said their key was not working. I watched all this happen! It’s cliche, but Dan is the man!

“Convenient and functional”

We used the Home2Suites by Hilton as a central location for excursions to the wineries to the east and Sacramento. The location worked well. The property is modest but met our needs. We used the Home2Suites by Hilton as a central location for excursions to the wineries to the east and Sacramento. The location worked well. The property is modest but met our needs. One modest complaint would be that the breakfast has the same hours on the weekend (6-9) as it does during the week. Other properties start later and end later on weekends which would have served our needs better. Our room was spacious and included a full kitchen (which we didn't use). The staff at the desk were always friendly. The pool is very small. The property is right next to a very busy state highway. We were on the other side of the building from the highway and didn't have road noise.

“Clean please but frond desk person was terrible.”

It is a clean and great place to stay in, but that woman at the frond desk at night shift was terrible. I knocked the entrance doors for ten minutes to get in but she was not there. And then I called the frond desk from my room ten times at around 10 pm but she wasn’t there to respond. Also, I thin… lisää

It is a clean and great place to stay in, but that woman at the frond desk at night shift was terrible. I knocked the entrance doors for ten minutes to get in but she was not there. And then I called the frond desk from my room ten times at around 10 pm but she wasn’t there to respond. Also, I think a frond desk person should be someone smily and friendly. That woman isn’t.
