Our 5 night vacation here was SO GOOD we actually extended our trip not once, but twice! We originally only planned to stay for 3 nights. The rooms were clean and comfortable, great view and location with easy and fast access to the beach. Places to rinse off when going between beach and pool and also borrow bins with toys for kids which was sweet. We included the breakfast option with our stay and it was hot and good! The BEST part though was the staff! When I tell you they were accommodating, that is an understatement. Adam went above and beyond - let me just say he had the repair guy come out to our tent on the beach to help replace a broken/missing bolt that they gave us a new bolt for!! They were the nicest and it made our stay the best. Last but not least, the lazy river was great! Plenty floats and towels and easy to get food and drinks brought to your table/umbrella. Beef nachos were really good and if you’re looking for a good cocktail and like spicy margaritas, the salty sailor was yummy! Of course the pina colada was yummy too! And the coffee bar iced caramel latte was so good too! And the prices are fair!! & the elevators are fast.

The entire staff here is very polite and very professional we loved our stay. Decided to stay an extra 2 days just because of the relaxation this place offers. Much needed vacation right at the resort. Adam I appreciate you brother love our stay. Highly recommend this place keep Adam in charge he knows how to run this place.

Nancy at the restaurant, Riptide made our experience! We are avid coffee drinkers and the hotel chose to eliminate free coffee the day before our stay. Nancy at the restaurant, Riptide made our experience! We are avid coffee drinkers and the hotel chose to eliminate free coffee the day before our stay. There’s one small payable coffee pot for everyone in the hotel and it creates a bottle neck. It also didn’t open until 6:30am and I had to leave for meetings at 6am. I found this annoying. I have stayed here many times with no issues. The construction wasn’t great either but that was out of the hotel’s hands. The wait staff at the pool was great and the food was great. Our room was different from what we were told by the reservation answering service and we ended up taking a smaller room to be seaside, which we were thankful for. Movie outside was fun for the kids.
