This hotel is located in close proximity to the airport. Another Hampton we normally stay at was sold out so we ended up here. This hotel is located in close proximity to the airport. Another Hampton we normally stay at was sold out so we ended up here. It is mostly in an industrial type area with very few restaurants or retail businesses within walking distance. So you need transportation of some type. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was also quiet so we were thankful for that. The hotel is starting to show its age. I say that because the bathroom door stuck from swelling (composite door) and the bottom looked as though it had gotten wet and was painted over. It was a typical Hampton, though it's likely we wouldn't pick this location again. The bathroom in particular was tight and had little counter space. All in all just an average hotel with nothing special to report. Can't complain, but can't boast either.

We needed a quick night in Chicago. We chose this hotel because we Didn’t want to stay in the downtown area due to: A. traffic chaos B. Most downtown hotels are SUPER expensive C. We needed a quick night in Chicago. We chose this hotel because we Didn’t want to stay in the downtown area due to: A. traffic chaos B. Most downtown hotels are SUPER expensive C. Downtown hotels didn’t offer easy parking - most either had $50-75 for their parking or you needed to find your own parking. This hotel is very easy to get to. It offered a free parking lot right out front. We just wanted to pull in after a long day of driving, park & go into our room. All of this was flawless. Staff was friendly. Had all the things you need in a hotel. One star deducted because this hotel is in need one some major updates. Deff shows it’s hefty use being close to a airport. - carpet was well loved in room (new carpet would do wonders!) - ice machine was broken on our floor - water found in multiple parts of the hallways, elevator & first floor area - pool area was beyond well loved Would I stay here again? Yes, if only needed for one night like we did. Honestly just needed a great location with easy (and free) parking, a hot shower & a bed to sleep before moving on with our travels. Would I want to stay here more than one night? No, not really.

“nice room near O'hare Airport”

Nice hotel, clean room. Close to airport but there's not much near there to do nor are there any restaurants in the vicinity

“Room = Great. Location…not so much. A food desert, especially without a car.”

The room was great, the location leaves something to be desired. We felt safe and the room was nice and cool, and clean. The location is dismal for food options within walking distance. We didn’t have a car, and we arrived at a strange time of day and were starving (long flight from overseas). … lisää

We didn’t have a car, and we arrived at a strange time of day and were starving (long flight from overseas). We walked to a forgettable restaurant down the street attached to a Quality Inn. If you have a car, this might be a good option…but it wasn’t for us. No offense to the hardworking motel employees - they are doing their best (clean, good breakfast, kind check in staff), but honestly, perhaps stocking up some food for purchase would be a winner.
