“Great Location for Shopping”

The location is awesome since my wife likes to shop and its proximity to the mall. The atmosphere is nice. The rooms are decorated well and worth it. The restaurant and bar are a great addition with great staff.

Amazing clean modern hotel and excellent location. The rides to nearby locations was so helpful and easy to use.Blake was a rockstar and him and his team really seem to enjoy their work. All staff were great - from the staff at front desk to the Wolf lounge and at the pool - all were great.

This was my first time visiting Scottsdale and this Cesar's Republic, for a much needed respite from the demands of life and running a business. The hotel design, decor, and signature fragrance was magnificent and inviting! Definitely for the grown and sexy. The pool manager was helpful on Saturday, informing us about the best way to secure a chair while we went to get lunch and the wine tasting they would have at the pool later. It was a great way to start our visit and an awesome first impression. They also had a cocktail cart that offered a lovely complementary drink as you head to the elevators. We spent a lot of the time at the pool. The staffing was appropriate on the weekend days, but absolutely no one to help on the Monday we stayed. It was a total drag to get dressed to get food and drinks from the adjacent restaurant with no one to check on us. However, there was a lovely woman from the restaurant bar who offered to help me carry our drinks to the pool (Asian, colorful tattoos on arm) . I had a suite with a tub and it was absolutely magnificent! Just wish they had bath salts and separate shower gel for the tub since its bolted to the wall. The bed and cleaning staff were top notch. The mall is directly across the street and they have every store you can imagine. They have a complementary golf cart to take you on shorts trips under two miles. The Bell staff was friendly and helpful. Tried the "Vortex", but we were too old to fully enjoy what it offered. Overall, I had a wonderful visit and would highly recommend this hotel with a few warnings/informational happenings: 1. Early check in will cost you $100 2.Expect your bill at check-in secure an additional $150 a night for incidentals. Perhaps this is a new industry trend, but I've stayed at some of the best high-end hotels in the world, and never had this happen. This is not on any of the confirmation material or their website. 2. Upon checkout, I noticed that my bill was significantly more that it should've been (over $500). Id read about this issue in other reviews so I purposely didn't charge anything to the room. I thought by booking directly through Hilton and not charging anything to the room, I wouldn't have any of those problems. I showed my confirmation to Kaci on my phone and offered to forward the confirmation email, which I did. Kaci wasn't helpful at all and shared that it was above her pay grade and she wouldn't be able to help me with this issue. She told me Jasmine was the manager and wouldn't be in until 2:00. I was flying back home and couldn't wait for Jasmine. I never got a call from Jasmine or Kaci regarding this issue. However, my card was charged for the full, wrong amount. I called the next day, and asked for the property manager. Luckily, Alyssa answered the phone. She said shed be happy to transfer the call, but asked what it was concerning. I explained my issue, and without missing a beat, she said, "I can help you with that!" Within a few minutes she took care of me with a pleasant, kind, and helpful disposition. It was refreshing to receive the treatment I'm accustomed to getting from a luxury property. After getting off the phone with her I realized the wrong card was used for the charges although id given the correct card number to Kaci before departing. I immediately called back and asked for Melissa. Kaci shared that Melissa was off and not available. I told her that was impossible because I just spoke to her on the phone. After a few rounds of back and forth with Kasi, she said, 'Ohhhhhhhhh you must mean Ahhhhhhlysa'. Yes, Alyssa, because those two names couldn't ever be mistaken over the phone. Thanks to Alyssa my stay wasn't completely tarnished, by what she said was a computer glitch. There should be more people like her at the front desk! In summary, Stay here. Its really nice. Just watch your final bill.
