Gateway Studio Suites not only provides a free hot breakfast but also a soup, salad, and drink dinner. They also always have cold cucumber or lemon flavored water available, which tastes really good on a hot Arizona day. Unlike some studio hotels, Gateway has kitchens equipped with pots, pans, silverware, plates, bowls... A special shoutout to Diana, who worked a double shift while we were there but remained friendly and patient.

“Wonderful”

We can't praise this facility enough. Courteous employees, clean quiet rooms. freshly made breakfast, evening snacks, adequate parking. We extended our stay easily for one night. Had to move on and realized how spoiled we had become. Had one pet along, pet fee is $10.

I'm a senior female traveling alone and needed a comfortable place for one night. I'm always concerned about the location I choose for safety reasons. This was the perfect solution! The young lady at the desk who checked me in was very kind and helpful. Granted, the facility is a bit dated, and somewhat dark throughout. However, the room was clean and well appointed. There was a refrigerator, microwave, countertop burners, and a sink. The bed was comfortable, and the temperature in the room was easily controlled. There was a large screen TV and very good Wi-Fi. I heard absolutely no noise, once I got to my room, and I felt absolutely safe. An added bonus was the happy hour where each guest was entitled to 2 drinks (beer and wine), and snacks available. Additionally, there was a free dinner consisting of soup and salad, and breakfast. The only down side was there were no USB plugs in the room. This was not a problem for me as I always travel with my own. I will definitely stay at Gateway Studio Suites again when I'm in the area!!
